How to Crop Shipping Labels from Myntra, Ajio, Snapdeal, JioMart, GlowRoad and Shiprocket

A seller who already used our Meesho cropper asked a fair question: what about the other platforms? She had started selling on Ajio and Snapdeal, and her Shiprocket orders from her own website came in a third layout. Three formats, one printer, and every label still on a full A4 page.

This guide shows how to crop shipping labels from Myntra, Ajio, Snapdeal, JioMart, GlowRoad and Shiprocket for a thermal or A4 printer. There is no one-click cropper for these six yet, and I will explain why. But the method below works on any label PDF, takes about two minutes, and nothing is ever uploaded.

What is the fastest way to crop a label PDF from a platform without its own cropper?

Drop it into the Universal Label Cropper and check the preview. If the labels look right, download. If the cut is in the wrong place, use PDF Crop to draw the box yourself once and apply it to every page.

Can I get four labels on one A4 sheet?

Yes. Either choose A4 · 4 per sheet in the Universal cropper, or run your cropped file through Pages per Sheet and pick four per sheet.

Why there is no one-click cropper for these six yet

Our Meesho, Flipkart, Shopsy and Amazon croppers read each page: they find where the label ends and the invoice begins, and they read the SKU, quantity and courier from the label itself. That only works because each was built and tested against real label files from that platform.

Myntra, Ajio, Snapdeal, JioMart, GlowRoad and Shiprocket each lay out their PDFs differently. A cropper built from guesses would cut through a barcode on the first unusual order, and you would only find out when a courier rejected the parcel.

So we have not built one. When we can test against real files, we will. Until then, the two methods below are reliable because you see the result before you print.

How to crop shipping labels from Myntra, Ajio and the rest

Start with method one. It handles most files in seconds. Use method two only when the preview shows a bad cut.

Method 1: the Universal Label Cropper

The Universal cropper does not need to recognise the platform. On a format it does not know, it does three things:

• Trims blank margins so the page shrinks to the printed area.
• Cuts at a Tax Invoice heading when the invoice sits below the label on the same page, and keeps only the part above it.
• Drops pages that are only an invoice, when you choose Without invoice.

Drop the file in, choose Without invoice, then Label printer with Fit to 4 × 6 for a thermal roll, or A4 · 4 per sheet for a normal printer.

Now check two pages in the preview: the first and the one with the most items. Invoice sections grow with the number of items, so if the longest order is cut cleanly, the rest will be too.

Method 2: draw the crop yourself in PDF Crop

If the preview cuts through the label, or keeps part of the invoice, switch to PDF Crop.

1. Open the label PDF and drag a box around the label on the first page.
2. Leave a few millimetres of white space around the barcode. Scanners need a quiet zone.
3. Apply the crop to every page and download.

This works because most platforms print the label in the same position on every page, even when the invoice below it changes height. The preview shows you straight away if yours does not. Your box only needs to cover the label.

For a thermal roll, drop the cropped file into the Universal cropper and choose Label printer with Fit to 4 × 6. For A4, put it through Pages per Sheet at four per sheet and print at Actual size.

Notes for each platform

The method is the same everywhere. These notes cover what tends to differ.

Myntra

Myntra is the fashion marketplace owned by Flipkart, so size matters on almost every order. Cropping does not change what the label prints, so if the size is small or missing, check each order's size against your order list before packing rather than after.

Ajio

Ajio is Reliance Retail's fashion marketplace. As with Myntra, check the first and the longest page of the preview, because multi-item fashion orders produce taller invoices.

Snapdeal

Snapdeal sellers often ship a high volume of low-priced orders, so the paper saving from four labels per A4 sheet adds up quickly. Method one is worth trying first on every batch.

JioMart

JioMart is the marketplace run by Reliance Retail. If your file mixes label pages and full-page invoices, choose Without invoice in the Universal cropper so the invoice-only pages are dropped.

GlowRoad

GlowRoad is a reselling platform that is now part of Amazon. Resellers frequently receive orders in small batches, so the multi-file drop in the Universal cropper helps: add several downloads at once and print them as one file.

Shiprocket

Shiprocket is a shipping aggregator, not a marketplace, and it lets you choose the label format in its settings. If yours already prints one 4x6 label per page, there is nothing to crop. Use Pages per Sheet only when you want four labels on an A4 sheet instead.

Sorting by SKU or courier on these labels

Sorting still works, with one condition.

Sort by SKU works when the label prints a column headed SKU, or a line such as SKU: ABC-123. If your platform puts the SKU somewhere else, the labels stay in their original order.

Sort by courier works whenever the courier name is printed on the label. The cropper recognises Delhivery, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, Blue Dart, DTDC, India Post, Smartr, Ekart and others, so every pickup can still get its own stack.
