Which barcode type should I use for internal SKUs?
Code 128. It encodes letters, digits and symbols compactly and every scanner reads it.
Does the UPI QR work with all apps?
Yes — the payload follows the NPCI upi://pay format that PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM and bank apps all read. Amount is optional; when set, the customer cannot edit it in most apps.
What paper should I print thank-you cards on?
250–300 gsm matte card stock on a laser or inkjet printer. Print the A4 PDF at 100 % scale and cut along the marks.
What must a GST tax invoice contain?
Supplier name, address and GSTIN; a consecutive invoice number and date; recipient details (GSTIN if registered); HSN/SAC codes; description, quantity and value; taxable value; rate and amount of CGST/SGST/IGST; place of supply; and the total. This tool includes all of them.
