Frequently asked questions
Which fields are read from each label?
SKU, size, colour, quantity, order number (for de-duplication) and courier partner. Customer details are ignored entirely.
What if a label has no SKU printed?
The row is listed under “(no SKU)” with the product description where available, so nothing is silently dropped from the count.
Can I use it with cropped label PDFs?
Yes, as long as the product table is still present on the page. If you cropped labels “Without invoice”, the SKU table is kept and the picklist works normally.
Does it double count if the same order appears in two files?
Orders are de-duplicated by order number when it can be read, so re-downloaded labels are not counted twice.
