Why sellers use this pages per sheet
Printing one page per sheet is fine for a contract and terrible for a batch of 120 shipping labels. Pages per Sheet (also called N-up printing) tiles several PDF pages onto one physical sheet, exactly like a printer’s “pages per sheet” setting — but you get a real PDF you can preview, save, and print anywhere.
Pick 2, 4, 6, 8, 9 or 16 per sheet, set outer margins and the gap between pages, choose row-by-row or column-by-column reading order, and add a thin border so cutting is easy. The live preview updates as you change any option.

Best-fit grid
Every rows × columns split of 2, 4, 6, 8, 9 or 16 is tried against your sheet and margins; the one that prints your pages largest wins.
Auto-rotate to fill
Pages are turned 90° when that makes them meaningfully bigger — landscape labels on a portrait sheet, or 2-up handouts. Switch it off to keep the original orientation.
Never crops
Each page is scaled to fit its cell in full, including PDFs that have already been cropped. Only “Scale to fill cell” trims, and only when you ask for it.

Frequently asked questions
How do I print 4 PDF pages on one A4 page?
Drop the PDF, keep “4 pages” and “A4” selected, tick “Draw border”, and click Create PDF. Print the downloaded file at 100 % (actual size).
Why does my printer say the pages are scaled?
Turn off “Fit to page” / “Shrink oversized pages” in the print dialog and choose Actual size. The tool already places everything within your chosen margins.
Can I put 2 pages on a 4 × 6 label?
Yes. Choose the 4 × 6 in sheet size with 2 pages per sheet. It is handy for printing two small labels on one thermal label.
What happens with pages of different sizes?
Each page is scaled to fit its cell while keeping its aspect ratio, so a mix of A4 and A5 pages still lines up on the grid.
Why did my pages come out rotated?
With “Auto-rotate pages to fill the sheet” on, pages are turned 90° when that makes them bigger — for example landscape shipping labels on a portrait sheet. Untick it to keep the original orientation.
Are any pages cropped?
No. Every page is scaled to fit inside its cell in full, including pages that have already been through a cropper. The only exception is “Scale to fill cell”, which deliberately trims the overflow.
Is there a page limit?
No. A 1000-page PDF becomes 250 four-up sheets in a few seconds on a normal laptop.
