Does the UPI QR work with all apps?
Yes — the payload follows the NPCI upi://pay format that PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, BHIM and bank apps all read. Amount is optional; when set, the customer cannot edit it in most apps.
Why is my QR not scanning after adding colours?
Scanners need dark modules on a light background with strong contrast. Avoid light foregrounds, and keep at least a 2-module quiet zone.
Do these QR codes expire or need an account?
No. They are static codes containing the data itself, so they work forever and need no dashboard or subscription.
