Why sellers use the Universal Label Cropper

Frequently asked questions
Is this a label cutter or a label cropper?
Both words describe this tool. Sellers say cutter, cropper, crop tool and label resizer interchangeably; all of them mean separating the courier label from the rest of the page.
Can I crop any shipping label PDF online?
Yes. Drop in a PDF from Meesho, Flipkart or Amazon and the format is detected automatically. For a courier format it does not recognise, the manual PDF Crop tool lets you draw the box yourself.
Does it support 4x6 thermal and A4 output?
Yes. Choose 4x6 in (101.6 x 152.4 mm) for thermal label stock, or A4 to place two or four cropped labels on a single sheet for a normal printer.
How does auto-detection work?
Each page’s text is scored against marketplace fingerprints — phrases such as “Customer Address” and “If undelivered, return to” for Meesho, Ekart and Seller Hub markers for Flipkart, and Easy Ship / amazon.in markers for Amazon. The highest score wins; a low score triggers content-based cropping.
What if detection picks the wrong marketplace?
Open the dedicated Meesho, Flipkart or Amazon cropper, which forces that format. For anything unusual, the manual PDF Crop tool lets you draw the exact crop area.
Does my marketplace label PDF get uploaded to a server?
No. The cropping engine runs inside your browser using WebAssembly. You can switch off Wi-Fi after the page loads and it still works. Files, order data and customer addresses never leave your device.
Should I choose Label Printer or A4 output?
Choose Label printer if you use a thermal printer with 4 × 6 inch (100 × 150 mm) rolls — each label becomes its own page. Choose A4 · 4 per sheet or A4 · 2 per sheet for a normal inkjet or laser printer; labels are arranged on a sheet with optional cut borders.
What does “Fit to 4 × 6 in” do?
It scales every cropped label to a standard 4 × 6 inch page so thermal printers with a fixed roll size print edge-to-edge without asking you to pick a custom paper size.
Can I download a cropped file again later?
Yes. Processing history under the cropper keeps your last 20 cropped PDFs for 7 days, in this browser only, so you can download one again without re-cropping. Switch off “Keep on this device” to stop saving them and delete what is stored.
Can I crop several PDFs at once?
Yes. Select multiple label PDFs — they are merged in the order shown, then cropped and sorted as one batch, so you get a single print-ready file for the day’s dispatch.
